Chilled cucumber & dilL yogurt dip

Perfect for: Beach snacks, garden party appetizer, or veggie tray

Ingredients:

1 Cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  2. Chill for at least 30 minutes
  3. Serve with pita chips, crackers, and/or raw veggies
