🌿 20-Minute Clarity Reset Workout
A slow, intentional movement flow to help you reset your mind and reconnect with your body—perfect for busy mornings or winding down after a long day.

🕯️ MinuteS 0–3: Grounding Warm-Up
- Neck rolls – 30 seconds each direction
- Shoulder rolls – 1 minute
- Gentle standing side stretch – 30 seconds each side
- Deep breathing – Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6 (repeat 4x)
🤍 MinuteS 3–15: Flow + Stretch Sequence
Move slowly and intentionally through each of the following:
- Forward Fold with Sway – 1 minute
- Cat-Cow (on all fours) – 1 minute
- Downward Dog → Step to Lunge (Right leg) – 1 minute
- Lunge Twist (Right side) – 30 seconds
- Switch sides (Left leg) – 1.5 minutes total
- Child’s Pose → Cobra Flow – 2 minutes
- Seated Forward Fold – 1 minute
- Spinal Twist (seated or lying) – 1 minute each side
Optional: Light music or ocean sounds in the background
💫 MinuteS 15–20: Breath-work + Intention
- Lay in Savasana (or sit comfortably)
- Box Breathing – Inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4 (repeat 4x)
- Affirmation or Mindful Thought –
“I am present, I am grounded, I am enough.” - End with a full-body stretch and smile.
